Children up to the age of 6 stay in their parents' room free of charge. Children aged 7 to 12 receive a discount of 30 % on the regular room rate.
All room rates include free use of our water park, "therma vitae" sauna facility and fitness studio as well as attendance at the courses.
Two towels are provided per person for the wellness area; bathrobes are available to loan free of charge.
We reserve the right to replace our show cooking with an equivalent meal if this is necessary due to an internal event.
Cancellation costs: There is no charge for a cancellation up to one weeks before arrival. After this we charge 50 % of the arrangement rate.
Prices include the currently valid VAT rate of 7 / 19%.
It is not possible to reimburse services which are not utilised. In exceptional cases it is possible to exchange elements of an arrangement, subject to a processing fee of up to EUR 5.00.
Rooms are available from 2.00 pm; guests may arrive any time up to 6.00 pm, but feel free to arrive earlier if you wish. Rooms should be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure. The swimming and sauna facilities can be used up until 12.00 midday on the day of departure.
